Do not book appointments for other people under your name and number. Please understand that your appointment time is especially reserved for you. It is up to YOU to determine the best time and date for your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE & cannot be transferred to another person. If appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, deposit cannot be moved. Bridal deposits are final and cannot be moved, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. NO SHOWS: will be charged 100% of the total. CANCELATION: less than 48 hours will have a 50% charge. Same day cancellations will have a 100% charge. LATE: anything more than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full cost of services. If your appointment can still be accommodated, a rush charge of $20 will be added to your service total. We are firm on our policy regardless of flight delays, weather, illness, traffic, mistakes, or any other unforeseen circumstance. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability. We understand life gets busy, which is why we always send a courtesy text/email reminder ahead of time. Thank you for understanding.
